We maintain a huge inventory with thousands of boardshorts for men, women and kids and we receive new shipments from the California producers almost  daily.  We always have a great selection available in all categories and sizes for immediate shipment.

Most orders typically ship within 2 days unless a temporary backorder situation exists with a style you select.  If the delay will be in excess of 3 weeks, we will automatically contact you via phone or email to discuss options.  

USPS is the method for standard shipping.   The shipping and handling cost is $6.95 (total) for up to 3 pieces.  For 4 or more items, shipping and handling charge is $2/item.  Depending on how far you are from the our new warehouse in Tampa Florida,  standard shipping typically takes 2 - 5 business days once your order leaves the building.  At checkout, you'll have the option of Fed Ex Overnight service for those rush orders.  Please note that the standard Fed Ex service provides for deliveries between Monday through Friday.  If your situation requires Fed Ex to deliver on Saturday -  Fed Ex's Saturday Delivery surcharge of $12.50 will be passed along.

Fed Ex rates for shipments to countries other than the US vary.  You will be contacted if there is a surcharge  for your destination before your order is shipped.  Fed Ex does not offer the 2-Day service for foreign shipments - select this option and you'll get USPS Global Priority service.  Time for customs clearance can be uncertain.

 Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

• You may return your unworn, unwashed items (so that we receive it within 30 days from our shipping date) for your choice of a refund or exchange.  
• After 30 days, we'll accept merchandise for exchange (or a credit for a future purchase) only.
• Exchanges will be shipped to you with no additional charge for freight.
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be adjusted to compensate for the standard shipping charges that would have applied ($2/garment / $6.95 minimum). 
• You can use whatever delivery service you choose (USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc) but be sure to get a tracking # so you can verify that your return is received by our warehouse.
